The hotel had mini golf, paddle boards and kayaks for complimentary use. the staff was friendly and helpful . i enjoyed two beautiful pools. I could have easily spent the entire day there. there were even free coconuts!

The location offered direct beach access which was a great convenience. several large inflatables were available in the ocean, providing extra fun for swimming and playing. Adults enjoyed them too.

the breakfast selection was very good with fresh options. the on-site restaurants offered a variety of choices. i found the quality of food and service in both elements and tides restaurants to be very high.

grateful stay!

prosecco bottle rum punch new bicycles

I found a prosecco bottle waiting upon arrival. That was a nice surprise! rum punch was also offered at check-in, which i gratefully accepted. the provided bicycles were new. I rode them every day during my four-night stay. the resort staff were always smiling and willing to help.

The shower to wash sand off my feet after being on the beach did not work. That was not ideal. i had to walk back to my room with sandy feet.

the hotel features a movie night on the beach with fire pits. bicycles are provided to explore the area. activities like yoga, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding are available for those wanting recreation.

GREAT bungalow stay!

I REALLY liked that my room included a private lanai! It had patio furniture perfect for sitting outside. The location is really good. It is right on the oceanfront. The rooms have a nice design.

The trips for snorkeling only happen when there are more than six people signed up.

The room had a large bedroom decorated in a beach style. I liked the clean bathroom. There was a lovely partially covered patio area with lounge chairs and a dining table with chairs. ALL of the rooms were a short walk to the beach and dining areas.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. I felt welcome and valued as a guest. The bartenders provided excellent service, and the front desk staff were very helpful.

The resort included a miniature golf course. I also enjoyed kayaks, paddle boards, bocci ball, bikes, basketball, AND volleyball. The ENTIRE hotel looked fine! GREAT!

fantastic experience at a beautiful hotel

spacious common spaces beautiful layout complimentary shuttle thoughtful staff

the common spaces were spacious, and i loved the beautiful layout. it was easy to walk everywhere. i enjoyed the complimentary shuttle, which allowed me to explore nearby local businesses. the staff were nice, and i will definitely book again next year.

The air conditioner seemed weak. I woke up sweaty every night.

The newly renovated rooms were big, bright, clean and modern. the outdoor sitting area was beautiful. I enjoyed waking up, relaxing, and drinking coffee there. i loved the tropical rooms because of the added greenery.

bad room smell awkward layout

the front desk service was acceptable.

the room smelled bad. when i reported this via text, i received no response. the hotel layout is also awkward. the back door cannot be locked from the outside, requiring a long walk around to the front.
